  1. Introduction

Welcome to IEEARC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“IEEARC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This Cancellations & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request a refund or cancel their purchase from www.ieearc.com (“Website”).

By purchasing any product or subscription from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Digital Products & Services

All products and services offered by IEEARC — including datasets, reports, eBooks, online courses, and subscription dashboards — are digital and delivered electronically.

Once digital access is granted or a download link is shared, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
However, we do understand there may be exceptional cases.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment:
    If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.
  • Technical Delivery Failure:
    If you did not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a technical error on our system or payment gateway issue.
  • Service Non-Delivery:
    If the purchased service or data is not delivered within 7 business days of payment confirmation (and no alternate solution is provided).

In such cases, users must submit a refund request within 5 days of the transaction date.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • User’s inability to access or use digital products due to local device or internet issues.
  • Misunderstanding of product features (we encourage reading all descriptions before purchase).
  • Partial usage of a subscription period (no prorated refunds).
  1. Cancellations
  • For One-Time Purchases: Cancellations are not applicable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
  • For Subscriptions:
    You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
    Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
    No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team with the following details:

  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Product or Service Purchased
  • Reason for Refund Request

  1. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments made via third-party gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are subject to their respective refund processing timelines and policies.
IEEARC is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
